Bill and Jeney do vegetarian recipe tests – a YouTube shorts series

For some time Jeney and I discussed the idea of doing vegetarian recipe tests and recording them. Tonight we’re doing our first recipe test – ‘test run’.

For the good, bad or tasteless – the plan is to make these recipes as they are presented on the website, magazine or cookbook we find them in. This one is ‘roasted gnocchi and brussel sprouts with meyer lemon vinaigrette’; it’s from eatingwell.com

I’ll put together a short video and link to it here when I’m finished. For now, here is one photograph of the process as a teaser.
