Day 8:

We had to get up stupid early (4am) in order to get Apryl and Levi to the airport this morning. Given I got about 3 hours of sleep last night (epic Yahtzee marathon), I took it easy today with the workout. Day 7:

Today’s workout was a bit shorter since @aprylgouldcx and @levi_p4019 are in town. Rode the bike for 10 minutes, 5 minutes of light bag work and 5 minutes of light weights.
