Got on this mf’r this afternoon. I’ve got to get my cardio health back in order. Took it relatively easy, but rode for 30 min, got 4 miles in.

Can’t lie, I’m a bit tired now, but feel better for doing it. I appreciate all the love you have shown, means the world to me.
