Episode 2 of #BillandJeneyTest – Cacio e Pepe mac and cheese with chard (a Rachael Ray magazine recipe)

Episode 2 of “Bill & Jeney Test” finds us testing a Rachael Ray magazine recipe from a few years back. As with most magazine recipes, the picture and the description sounds delicious.

But the question remains, by following the directions in the recipe does it actually turn out delicious?

As always, we follow the directions and the recipe and then give you a real reaction about how it tastes. In this case we made half the recipe, because it was originally made for four people, and there’s only two of us.
