Of course I am well aware that this is a total clickbait blog headline. It is meant to be very sarcastic.
However, as unshocking as it is that proper nutrition, exercise and getting outside with fresh air and some sun on your skin might be a good idea – I did find this article to be interesting.
Makes me glad that I am a person that enjoys hiking, sunshine, vegetarianism and takes vitamin d supplements.
